Founders Coco Coig and Jorge Sanchez traveled extensively to create the best burger and rotisserie chicken experience, with every sauce and pickle made from scratch. The concept was inspired by Rotisserie Amsterdam, a Dutch hotspot known for delectable rotisserie chicken and burgers discovered in 2015. Le Chick distinguishes itself as an upscale casual dining and bar experience through crave-able recipes, affordable pricing, cozy bar vibe, and unique outdoor area. The restaurant sources the highest quality all-natural free range chicken, seasoned with herbs and spices and cooked on a rotisserie, then finished on a Green Egg to create a unique smokey flavor.
