Guests can enjoy a patio with stunning downtown views on one side and the charm of a historic plaza on the other, creating a unique and memorable ambiance for dates, gatherings, or events. The kitchen takes pride in using only the highest quality ingredients — never seed oils, instead exclusively using 100% single-origin extra virgin olive oil. Pizza crusts are made with sourdough using unbleached and unbromated flour, and even the cauliflower crust is entirely seed oil-free. Sauce is sourced from organic California tomatoes grown by small farm Bianco di Napoli, and 100% natural Wisconsin cheese with no preservatives or fillers is used throughout.
