Adagio Weddings is an accomplished group of musicians based in North Florida, hailing from the best universities and conservatories in the world. They perform with multiple professional orchestras, ensembles, and organizations including the Jacksonville Symphony, Atlantic Classical Orchestra, South Florida Symphony, and many more. Their repertoire is enormous, ranging from Bach and Vivaldi to Lady Gaga and Katy Perry, and they can perform in any configuration from a solo electric violin to a full string quartet. Custom song arrangements are available upon request. Adagio Weddings provides highly customized musical entertainment that reflects the personality and essence of each client, whether for a once-in-a-lifetime wedding, annual celebrations, or intimate private house concerts. They are winners of the Best of The Knot and WeddingWire Couples' Choice Award for 2017 and 2018. Owner and lead violinist Daria began playing violin at age five and gave her first performance on national TV at age seven. She graduated with a Master's degree and Red Diploma from the Music College of Dankevich in Ukraine and the Conservatory in Odessa, later joining the Chamber Filarmonic Orchestra Odessa. In 2014, she released her debut CD 'Violin Stories,' available on iTunes and CDBaby. She has performed alongside Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez, Sting, Johnny Mathis, The Foreigner, Alan Parsons Project, 2Cellos, and more.
